NIMAC Nickel Cadmium Batteries

Nimac Power’s NPL battery series works by an electro-chemical reaction between a nickel oxide of positive plates and cadmium oxide at the negative plates with alkaline electrolyte of potassium hydroxide (KOH) to produce a nominal voltage of 1.2volt per cell. No decay of the plates during the charging and discharging process, hence NPL cells are designed for life expectancy of up to 15 years.

Nimac NPL cells of pocket plate long rate series with polypropylene translucent container meets the design requirement of IEC60623.
